These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Orbit Lab Blend in connection with your use of this website and any services engaged through it. Please read them carefully.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or contacting us to book services.

Japan Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI)

Orbit Labblend operates in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報の保護に関する法律), as amended in April 2022. As an entity providing residential cleaning services from our office at 〒650-0012 Hyogo, Kobe-shi, Chuo-ku, Kitanagasa-dori 4-2-16, we are classified as a personal information handling business operator under the Act.

When you submit a request through our contact form or arrange cleaning bookings, we process only the categories of data described in this policy. We do not transfer personal information to third parties without your prior consent except where required by Japanese law, where necessary for the protection of human life, health or property, or where cooperating with national or local government authorities carrying out affairs prescribed by law.

Under the APPI, you have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, cessation of use, or cessation of provision to third parties of your retained personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at +81 78-331-5482 or through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period, not exceeding two weeks from receipt of your request.

Records relating to service scheduling are retained for 3 years from the last completed service appointment, after which they are securely deleted. Cookie consent preferences are stored in your browser and may be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

1. User Obligations and Conduct

1.1 You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in Japan.
1.2 You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services or submit personal data through this website. By doing so, you confirm that this is the case.
1.3 You agree not to submit false, misleading, or defamatory content through any form or communication channel on this website.
1.4 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its underlying systems.
1.5 You agree to treat our staff with respect during all visits. Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory may result in termination of the engagement without refund of any amounts paid.

2. Your Responsibilities

2.1 Compliance with laws: you are responsible for ensuring that engaging our services at your property does not conflict with any tenancy agreement, building regulations, or other legal obligations applicable to you.
2.2 Property access: you are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the areas covered by the agreed scope. Any hazards that could affect our staff should be disclosed before the visit.
2.3 Indemnification: you agree to indemnify Orbit Lab Blend against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misrepresentation of the property condition, or your negligence in relation to a service visit.
2.4 Accuracy of information: all details provided to us — including property size, access arrangements, and special requirements — should be accurate. Material inaccuracies may affect the scope or outcome of the service.
2.5 Third-party interactions: if a visit involves coordination with a building manager, landlord, or other third party, you are responsible for managing that relationship. We interact directly with you as the instructing client.

3. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

3.1 Disclaimer of warranties: this website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Orbit Lab Blend makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information presented here.
3.2 Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, Orbit Lab Blend's total liability for any claim arising in connection with these terms or our services is limited to the value of the specific service engagement in question.
3.3 Consequential damages: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, lost opportunity, or emotional distress, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.
3.4 Force majeure: Orbit Lab Blend is not liable for failure to perform any obligation where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or public health restrictions.
3.5 External links: where this website links to external resources, we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of those pages and do not endorse them.

4. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

4.1 Governing law: these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kobe.
4.2 Dispute resolution: in the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first. We will make a genuine effort to resolve the matter directly before any formal proceedings are initiated.
4.3 Severability: if any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
4.4 Modifications: Orbit Lab Blend reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last revised. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
