These Terms of Service describe the conditions under which Orbit Lab Blend provides its residential cleaning services and operates this website. By contacting us, using this website, or engaging us to carry out work, you are agreeing to these terms.
If any part of these terms is unclear, please write to us before proceeding. We are happy to explain anything in plain language.
1. Use of This Website
- 1.1 This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries about our cleaning services. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
- 1.2 You may not use this website to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, nor to engage in any conduct that could harm the site, its systems, or other users.
- 1.3 Automated scraping, data extraction, or any form of systematic access to this website without prior written permission is not permitted.
- 1.4 We reserve the right to limit or withdraw access to the website for any user whose activity we reasonably determine to be harmful, abusive, or in violation of these terms.
2. Engaging Our Services
- 2.1 A service engagement begins when both parties have confirmed the scope, date, and price in writing. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a booking.
- 2.2 The scope of each visit is confirmed before the team arrives. Work carried out falls within that agreed scope; requests made on the day that fall outside it will be discussed and, if agreed, may be scheduled separately.
- 2.3 You are responsible for ensuring that access to the property is available at the agreed time. Where access cannot be provided, the visit may be rescheduled at our earliest availability.
- 2.4 Prices stated on this website are inclusive of consumption tax where applicable. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before each engagement and does not change after that confirmation.
3. Access and Accounts
- 3.1 This website does not require account creation. All enquiries are handled via the contact form and followed up by email.
- 3.2 If you provide contact details, you are responsible for ensuring that they are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information.
- 3.3 We may decline to engage with or continue a service relationship if conduct is abusive, unreasonably demanding, or in breach of these terms.
4. Service Availability
- 4.1 Our cleaning services operate in the Kobe area. Availability on specific dates cannot be guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
- 4.2 In the event of illness, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule.
- 4.3 This website may be unavailable for maintenance from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- 4.4 We may update, modify, or discontinue services or features of this website at any time. Material changes to terms will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
5. Intellectual Property
- 5.1 All content on this website — including text, images, design elements, and structure — is owned by or licensed to Orbit Lab Blend and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
- 5.2 You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission.
- 5.3 Photography provided after service visits (e.g. for pre-handover cleans) is provided for your personal use in connection with the relevant tenancy. Commercial redistribution is not permitted without agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
- 6.1 Orbit Lab Blend takes reasonable care in the performance of all services. In the event of damage caused by our staff during a visit, we will address this directly and in good faith.
- 6.2 We are not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration caused by circumstances outside our control, or outcomes dependent on factors not within the agreed scope of a visit.
- 6.3 This website and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website is free of errors or interruptions.
7. Governing Law
- 7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kobe, Japan.
- 7.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
